By attending Vibe Fitness Studio LLC classes and events, I hereby acknowledge and agree that (a) there is risk of serious injury from activities involved, (b) I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation, and (c) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Vibe Fitness Studio LLC, their employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and owners of premises used to conduct Vibe Fitness Studio LLC classes, of and from any injury, harm, disability or loss I may suffer, including death, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.
