Well, we've got big voices and big hearts. And we're all about you. Getting to know you and supporting you.
We're passionate about our workouts and love sharing that with you! But we also leave a lot of space for you to personalize the workout in a way that's best for you. We give lots of options and variations, and cheer you on every step of the way. We hold a firm stance that 'fit' has no look. And we focus on how exercise helps our bodies feel and perform.
Kelsie
Owner, Instructor
Kelsie has been teaching fitness for over 35 years, from NYC to LA. She began her fitness career while in college in South Carolina where she became an instructor starring in her first (of many!) fitness video for
The Firm. Kelsie continued on to host her own series of television shows on ESPN2 for Crunch Fitness, and was named one of the top personal trainers in NYC by Allure magazine.
Kelsie is certified in Spinning®, kickboxing, barre, pilates, is a NASM certified personal trainer and has completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training. Almost every day of the week you can find Kelsie teaching dynamic and energizing classes that are legendary...and guaranteed to make you smile!


Annette
Instructor
Annette is a professional actor, voice over artist and fitness professional. She began teaching in 2013 and has taught a wide range group fitness classes in studios across Philadelphia over the past 13 years. From bootcamps and circuit training, to dance cardio, rebounding, and pilates...Annette brings her incredible experience to each class and client, making every workout unique and fun!
Annette is an NASM-certified personal trainer and pilates reformer instructor (Balanced Body).
Jaclyn
Instructor
Jaclyn received her comprehensive pilates immersion training at Core Pilates NYC in 2019, and taught group pilates classes and private pilates on the mat, springboard and reformer at Core Burn Pilates in NYC. Beyond Jaclyn’s work as a pilates instructor, she has been an early childhood educator and elementary school teacher, a tutor, and is a mom of 2 young girls.

Lauren
Instructor
Lauren fell in love with Pilates first at a young age as a complement to dance and gymnastics and later as a new mom where she found a passion for rebuilding strength and connection to movement. Inspired to work with our vibrant community, she received her Pilates Instructor certification in 2025 after completing the Club Pilates 500-hour+ Comprehensive Teacher Training. She is eager to continue deepening and exploring her Pilates education so she can bring out the best in her clients, providing a challenging and empowering environment.

Dana
Instructor
An instructor for over 15 years, Dana teaches clients how to connect to each movement, and strengthen in new ways!
After an early career in marketing and sales, Dana traded in her Fortune 50 corporate job to teach aerobics (AFAA), and became a pilates instructor soon after (Balanced Body).
Inspired by a long personal history of back pain from disc degeneration, Dana has a strong focus on anatomy and the biomechanics of movement. She's passionate about continuing education, and has taken courses like Pilates for Back Pain, the Pink Ribbon Program, Kinesiology & The Biomechanics of Movement, Correcting Alignment of the Legs, and more.
You'll find Dana's workouts are focused on building fitness skills that mimic real life, and bringing balanced strength to the body. She combines the classic and creative, teaches fun sequences and variations, and celebrates every moment of class!
