The Studio

Hi there!

We're Vibe Fitness Studio, and we're so excited to meet you! We know that trying out a new space, a new workout, and a new instructor is a lot. So here are some details on what to expect. Give it a read and reach out with any questions!

Booking a class

Classes can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance, and up until class begins. Space is limited so we do recommend booking before you arrive at the studio to ensure there's an open spot.

Book on our website or the MindBody App.

Need to cancel?

For classes booked in advance, cancellations must be made online or in the MindBody App 4+ hours before class begins to retain the class credit. To be fair to all clients, no exceptions can be made.

*To avoid the risk of an unexpected conflict, illness or emergency causing a late cancel, feel free to book classes at the last minute!

How do waitlists work?

If you're next on a waitlist and a spot opens up 4+ hours before class begins (even overnight), MindBody will automatically add you to class, and notify you according to your account settings. So if you're no longer prepared to attend class,  please cancel your waitlist reservation (i.e. before bed).

Where's the studio?

1028 Haddon Ave Collingswood, NJ

*Make sure your GPS says Collingswood.

We're an easy 0.3 mile walk from the Collingswood PATCO station. And there’s plenty of free parking on both sides of Haddon Ave in the 3 block area from W Stiles to Ogden/Penn.

Once you park, walk to the back of our building for our back lobby entrance.

Do I need to bring anything?

You may want to bring a water bottle, sweat towel, and/or grip socks. These are all optional. (We have cups at our cooler.) We also provide mats, but you're always welcome to bring your own.

Anything else?

Please arrive before class begins. If it's your first rebound or reformer class, arrive 10 minutes early for an important rundown on how to use the equipment safely and effectively!

No phones in our workout space during class. If you're on-call for personal/family/work reasons, please inform the instructor before class and step into the lobby to receive a call or text.
